Competency:
- Preferred Competencies: *One (1) Full-fledged degree holder in MS in Animal Science major in Animal Breeding and Genetics *Registered Agriculturist with a valid PRC license (LEA) *At least 2 years of experience in teaching with Performance Evaluation Results *Preferably with relevant experiences in research, and extension work *Excellent in oral and written communication Brief description of the General Functions of the position: *Teaches according to one’s field of specialization and trains students for independent thinking. *Engages in research-related activities in one’s area of specialization. *Develops, enriches, updates instructional materials. *Prepares and submits reports. *Participates in meetings. *Initiates plans for the improvement of teaching and learning development. *Utilizes feedback for the improvement of instruction. *Coordinates with the Dean/ Department Heads/ Division Coordinators in planning out the instruction-related activities. *Equips and develops people in achieving their highest potentials to be more productive in delivering long term success in the area of instruction, research, and community engagement.
