Competency:
- Preferred Competencies: *Must have a Masters degree in Forestry *With special skills in Social Forestry/Forest Pathology *Must be a graduate of BS in Forestry *Must be a Licensed Forester with valid PRC registration *Preferably with at least two (2) years of Teaching and Research Experience with Performance Evaluation Result Brief description of the General Functions of the position: *Teaches according to one’s field of specialization and trains students for independent thinking. *Engages in research-related activities in one’s area of specialization. *Develops, enriches, updates instructional materials. *Prepares and submits reports. *Participates in meetings. *Initiates plans for the improvement of teaching and learning development. *Utilizes feedback for the improvement of instruction. *Coordinates with the Dean/ Department Heads/ Division Coordinators in planning out the instruction-related activities. *Equips and develops people in achieving their highest potentials to be more productive in delivering long term success in the area of instruction, research, and community engagement.
