We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱12,000 - ₱17,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! MARKETING SPECIALIST
- Rank and File position
- Mondays – Satudays; but with weekends overtime if there are store ingress or egress
- 8:30AM – 5:30PM (May vary if there are store ingress or egress)
- Very frequent travels to and from Urdaneta to the different areas of West North Luzon (Ilocos Sur and Norte, Baguio, Abra, whole of Pangasinan, Tarlac) and Manila

As a Marketing Specialist (MS), you should be flexible, willing to travel and used to field work. You need to be able to help in the ingress and egress of store brand visibility materials which are, but not limited to, the following: modules, showcases, banners, tables, etc. It may involve evening duties as such egress or ingress events after mall or store hours. Being a Marketing Specialist also means auditing stores/areas and managing our warehouse.

Job Description:
- Prepared and submits daily excel and word reports;
- Receiving deliveries at the warehouse (including receiving in the evenings);
- Very keen in warehouse inventory and maintenance;
- Spearheads and on-hand guiding in the pre-construction, construction, and maintenance of concept stores, kiosk, and other specialty modules;
- Trains the Sales team in overall Brand Visibility standards and proper merchandising;
- Delivery of marketing materials and modules to area/stores;
- Conducts ocular inspection through audit following the schedule set by immediate superior;
- Negotiating with suppliers;
Job Qualifications:
- Able to drive a car w/ 1,2 and 3 driver’s license restrictions; a plus if can drive trucks;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google sheets
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop editing and 3D design rendering;
- Good resource management skills (Document Filing, Inventory Management, etc.)
- Physically Strong and Able-Bodied
- Previous work experience in related fields
- Flexible – willingness to go on duty on different working hours as demanded by the tasks;
- Good at doing field work, managing time and has a “can-do-attitude”
