We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Policy Service Facilitator (Dagupan). For those of you who live in Pangasinan (Dagupan City) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Pioneer Your Insurance, and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE:
To prepare, manage, and release renewing policies. Provide operational support to frontline channels and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Entertaining telephone and email requests for a range of requests relating to Pioneer products within turnaround times.
2. Liaising with adjacent departments to maintain prompt turnaround times.
3. Monitoring the progress of and enforcing company guidelines surrounding premium collection.
4. Implementing customer retention strategies.
5. Encoding policy information for endorsements and renewals in the system.
6. Communicating vital information to relevant stakeholder groups.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Data entry experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of insurance
