We are hiring for the position of Trainer SME/TL - WFH (Pangasinan/Cebu/Dumaguete based) URGENT!!! with full time working hours for our company office, Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc., for residents of Cebu (Cebu City) & Pangasinan (Dagupan City) and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Education/Training & Training & Dev. and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Responsible for providing staff with superior training through delivering the following: New hire training, refresher trainings, soft skills and product training, cross training and up trainings using best in class facilitation methods and incorporate performance measures to accelerate learning.
- Deliver new hire training, refresher trainings, soft skills and product training, cross training and up trainings.
- Manages training – related logistics and maintains metrics surrounding training effectiveness – solicit and act upon feedback.
- Works closely with operations to identify development areas for the team and define a road map for success. Involve leaders in coaching reinforcement and early engagement with new hires.
- Develop and training of self and co-workers
Qualifications:
· Strong Customer Service Skills and Professionalism
· Knowledge of US Health Insurance Industry. Expertise on Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) is a must.
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent Communications Skills, written and oral
· Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to effectively give and receive feedback at all levels
· Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule
· Ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
· Solid problem solving skills
· Demonstrated creativity, flexibility and ability to motivate and coach others
· Dependable with proficient attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
· A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service voice account required, CSR for a US Healthcare account preferred
· Extensive knowledge of insurance contracts, medical, hospital and dental procedures preferred
