We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist the Production, Farm Operation and Guesthouse Operations in securing competitive quotations for their procurement projects;
- Review current suppliers and source new or additional potential suppliers;
- Canvass and negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules;
- Recommend substitute or alternative materials or services to save on cost and improvement in quality;
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that they have the items that match the specifications of our orders and ensure that its delivery are within the projected timetable;
- Preparing and reviewing of contracts for accuracy and legality, especially regarding insurance coverage in case of damage or loss;
- Up to date knowledge of current price movements and makes any necessary recommendations;
- Reviewing bids and initiates the accreditation of suppliers and evaluation of their materials and services on regular basis;
- Handle the discussion with suppliers to ensure the quality of their products or services by monitoring suppliers’ performance and making recommendations for improvement;on their performance and the necessary improvement on services;
- Reviewing purchase orders and validating the Statement of Account to ensure they are accurate and complete for payment processing;
- Communicating to department managers the progress; processes and issues that may arise during the procurement of their equipment and supplies;
- Tracking all expenditures of purchases to ensure it stays within budget;
- Performs related functions as required from time to time.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Accounting or related business courses;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, inventory or supply management;
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (such as Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint and MS WOrd);
- Experience in accounting applications preferred – SAP or ERP systems;
- Ability to multi-task and with time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Willing to relocate in IBA, ZAMBALES.
