We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Cagayan (Others), Isabela, Pampanga (Others), & Zambales (Others) and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Safety and Security Supervisor in our business office, SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

PROVIDE CRS SUPERVISION

Implement all directives coming from CRS Manager/Division.
Ensure proper manning of security guards.
Conduct random inspection and supervise clearing activities in area of responsibility.
Monitor closely suspicious customers, employees and/or contractors and other activities requiring special attention.
Respond and perform emergency programs in the stores.

SUPERVISE CCTV OPERATION

Ensure that CCTV systems are functional/operational.
Report unmanned areas and unusual situations and occurences.
Identify vulnerable areas inside the stores and recommend improvements.

EXECUTE CRS FUNCTION

Conduct appropriate investigation on all incidents within the area of responsibility.
Provide timely reports to immediate superior.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the conduct of drills and simulations.
Monitor and check time records of staff and recommend corrective disciplinary measure/s, as maybe necessary. Recommend the movement of staff to immediate superior.
Act as custodian of Petty Cash Fund.
Perform other tasks as instructed by the CRS higher-ups.
