We are hiring for the position of Systems Engineer (with MAC OS experience) with full time working hours for our company office, Technology Elite, Inc., for residents of Pampanga (Others) and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱80,000 - ₱100,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

- Provide effective and consistent IT support to our customers via our Service Desk
- Maintain excellent customer relations with all clients
- Operate monitoring systems to identify faults and to execute maintenance.
- Analyze the cause of technical faults in server, network20k, and storage systems
- Execute technical repairs as a skilled Server and Network Engineer
- Maintain/update site documentations
- Provide timely status updates to clients
- Report systemic problems to prevent them from repeating (problem management)
- Consider impacts of changes in customer environments through the use of change management processes
- Apply fundamental troubleshooting skills to issues before escalating to the appropriate group
- Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Client/Company Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MAC Oriented
- MSP experience is beneficial
- Experience in providing phone and remote support directly with customers
- Knowledge and Hands-On experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, Terminal Services and virtualization
- Hardware / peripheral skills such as Printers, networking gear, wireless devices, laptops
- Microsoft365 and Windows Azure experience
- 18 months in a help desk, desktop or server support role
- Usage of ticketing systems
- Backup experience with Datto and Shadowprotect preferred but not
- Experience in supporting infrastructure for various platforms such as Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, MS HyperV, and Remote Desktop Services
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
