We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Operations Admin Specialist. For those of you who live in Pampanga (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Technology Elite, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Shift: Mid-shift, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of covering some hours during the weekend

You’ll be working in the “People Experiences” group alongside the Team Advisors. The responsibility of People Experiences is to help every employee have a productive and positive experience, while they work with our client.

This is a newly created role which is designed to become a vital support role to assist the Team Advisors. What you do every day will be very important work that directly assists the Team Advisors to welcome new staff and solve problems for our “two types of customers”. With this role you can make your mark within our caring Australian-owned company, and grow your career.

Tasks / Duties:

  1. Daily Attendance Tracking
  2. Performance Evaluation Assistance
  3. Staff Scheduled Catch-up
  4. Personnel Action Forms (PAF)
  5. NTE / Coaching / Disciplinary Actions (inter-departmental coordinator)
  6. Recruitment Campaigns
  7. Pre-Induction welcoming new hires support
  8. Pre-Induction Day Checklist
  9. Induction Day Requirement
  10. Updating of CRM details
  11. Monthly Client Reporting

Personality Profile, Skills, Experience:

  • Must be Filipino, Tagalog speaker. Any other dialects is a bonus.
  • Very strong conversational and written English.
  • Good at listening.
  • Significant foreign jobs experience – needs to have long term exposure to how other cultures think.
  • Confident talking to foreigners.
  • You must be confident to make recommendations to “superiors”, not just nod and say “yes boss”.
  • You have an ability to influence people to get great outcomes.
  • You’re able to confront issues respectfully and have difficult conversations.
  • You see people as interesting and skilled in different ways, rather than “above them” or beneath you.
  • You care about helping people
