We are hiring for the position of HR Business Partner (Region 2) with full time working hours for our company office, Concerted Management Corporation, for residents of Isabela & Nueva Ecija and its neighboring areas.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER
(Will handle Nueva Ecija and Cagayan Valley Region – should be a residence of Isabela or Nueva Ecija)
Under the supervision of the HRD Head, the HR Business Partner is responsible for administration of all Human Resources areas on the regional business operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Administers behavioral interview on all supervisory and managerial candidates (internal and external) with the hiring manager on final hiring, transfer, promotion decisions.
2) Direct partnership with schools for fresh and recent graduate pipelines for Rank & File vacancies.
3) Develops and maintains service level agreements with the operations team specifically in strategic recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
4) Facilitates and documents skip-level meetings between Regional Managers and Branch Heads, and between Area Managers and branch employees.
5) Constructively delivers positive and negative feedback to Regional Managers, Area Managers and Branch Heads via coaching and mentoring.
6) Serves documents on non-terminable offenses specifically for employees within the regional scope.
7) Dispositions on non-terminable offenses in collaboration with direct managers and the HR Services Manager/Head.
8) Collaborates with field auditors on needed HR interventions on the basis of audit findings, trends on policy violation and treats to our policy environment.
9) Pro-actively monitors team performance according to agreed metrics in the Service Level Commitments.
Basic Qualifications:
1) Holds a Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Natural or Social Sciences
2) At least five (3) years experience in market-leading local or multinational organization,
3) Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, branch based.
4) A Residence of Region 2 and is knowledgeable in the area.
5) Knows how to drive a car and a motorcycle, an advantage.
