We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Engineering & Environmental with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱23,000 - ₱35,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding workplace safety.
- Comply with all occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
- Ensuring all electrical connections for the system are correct based on the electrical diagram.
- Ensuring all workers has proper qualification prior to dispatch on site.
- Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA), and ensuring Implementation of Control measures.
- Ensuring that all projects are compliant as per requirement of department of labor and employment.
- Assuring that the HSE plan is properly implemented
- Develop and implement OHS training programs
- Ensuring that the company is compliant to all assigned standards by the Philippine government
- Provides motivation to all workers to work safe on all sites.
- Ensuring that all employees are properly oriented, and has proper safety awareness
- Inspect worksites and review working conditions
- Document reports of occurrences and record statistical information
- Maintain safety regulations during installations
- Oversee disposal of substances according to environmental guidelines
- Ensure regulations and codes are clearly understood and met
- Intervene to stop any acts or processes which are unsafe or do not comply with OHS guidelines
- Implement preventive measures to ensure unsafe processes are not repeated
- Ensure all personnel follow all personal safety precautions (hardhats, safety shoes, etc)
- Update procedures and policies for new regulations or local ordinances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety and health, or related field
- With at least two years of previous experience in comprehensive workplace safety and compliance programs
- Valid driver’s license
- Solid knowledge of national and local ordinances on fire safety and prevention, loss control, hazardous chemicals, building, electrical, noise pollution and environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Up to date on latest national and local regulations, and guideline changes
