- Completing data entry tasks to organize all information about testing, subjects and results
- Preparing samples for laboratory testing after collection
- Ensuring that all specimens remain uncontaminated and secure during transportation
- Transporting samples to the correct laboratory or processing facility
- Staying updated with all government regulations surrounding drug testing
- Identifying specimens after collection that might have been tampered with
