We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Project Development Officer - Geodetic Engineer. For those of you who live in Makati City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, wpd Philippines Onshore, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Engineering & Other Engineering with at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱35,000 - ₱50,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Licensed Geodetic Engineer
- Coordinate with the local government to obtain cadastral maps, survey records, land titles, etc.
- Conduct land survey and determine land boundaries.
- Responsible for the spatial database management include but not limited to securing the spatial database accuracy, metadata and completeness of attribute table.
- Conduct topographic and bathymetry surveys and record heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other terrain characteristics.
- Responsible on acquiring the permits to conduct survey that would include coordination with government agencies, LGUs and companies.
- Conduct regular site visit for site assessment and monitoring related works
- Assist in reviewing contractors bidding and tendering documents.
- Prepare drawings, maps, and legal descriptions of lands.
- Collect field data so a map or plan can be prepared based on the calculations of the field parameters before an engineering operation is executed to begin the construction of the project.
- Preparation and signing of Maps as required.
- 2 years of experience in renewable Energy Industry is an advantage.
