Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S Food Technology, Chemistry, and other related courses.
- Previous work experience in product development preferred at least 2 years.

Job Description:
- Provide leadership to ensure functions and services are successfully delivered through subordinate staff
- Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management System and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures
- Work with Technical Manager on product development and product/process improvement
- Train and supervise R&D staff on product development, process improvement and sensory evaluation program.
