We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Retail Business Administrative Assistant- San Fernando Pampanga (Urgent). For those of you who live in Central Luzon and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Chooks to Go Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-2 years Experienced Employees specializing in Administrative Support/Data Entry or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Highly organized
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Assistance for Central Luzon Retail Store Operation and support group.
- To handle daily middleware / accomplish report
- Prepare Contract Agreements and monitoring.
- Follow-up checks and rental monitoring.
- Responsible for the PRIA transaction ( Lease contract / deliveries and renewals)
- Responsible for PR creation and Operator forecast and charges
- Responsible for the daily booking vs actual delivery
- Prepare and submit weekly raw mat forecast, miscellaneous and liempo stocks
- Responsible for end month report and reconcillation
