- Ensure Compliance to Environment and Safety Standard
- Reviews current and proposed regulations/corporate requirements and recommends appropriate process to ensure compliance
- Develops, recommends and implements company’s safety and health process and ensures that requirements are effectively integrated into standard operating procedure (to 5S quality which includes on time delivery and cost and Green Productivity).
- Mishaps and near-misses shall be investigated and shall submit separate report and analysis of accidents to the concern personnel and requesting parties.
- Utilize lean Six Sigma tools and Behavior-based strategies to guide injury prevention.
- conduct safety orientation and provides professional and technical advice on safety and health concerns.
- Conducts internal safety, health and 5S audits to verify compliance levels to different government agencies such as the BFP, etc.
- Perform induction training
- Conduct HIRADC
- Conduct Safety inspection
- May require other jobs related to 5S, Safety and Environment from time to time
