JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures that 100% of booking requirements of all buyers of active projects are complete to fully comply with contract to sell financing policies
- Ensures that the Project Inventory of all projects under the business are updated by closing sold units and reopening cancelled units
- Provide the sales team the necessary commission amount depending on the milestones that their buyers have achieved
- Ensures that 100% of buyers have a complete and updated 201 File that is stored within secure facilities or locations
- Provides after-sales assistance to all the buyers of the different project under the company through processing their requests and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner and according to the company’s customer service standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles in the real estate industry
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Must be amenable to work in Imus, Cavite
