Rationale for Position:
- Train, develop, mentor, and coach teams of Personal Collection to ensure effective execution of training for all PC Dealers and/or employees, according to company’s priorities and standards in order to maximize field/branch efficiency and enable sustainable and profitable business growth for Personal Collection.
- Work with COE leaders and members, Commercial Operations leaders (i.e., Cluster Heads/ Directors) and other internal and external stakeholders to implement local or regional training strategies programs that will help ensure consistent growth and achievement of targets and KPIs year in and out.
Qualification:
- College Graduate
- Additional certification in coaching, training development and delivery is an advantage.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in training solution delivery Experience in Sales, Direct Selling/MLM, Customer Service is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience on coaching and mentoring adults, and people management and development position
- Oral and written communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills, process and people management, computer user (MS Office)
- Fluent in English, Filipino and local dialect (if applicable)
- Has analytical skills, good problem-solving skills; demonstrates innovativeness, and resourcefulness.
- Personable, Values-oriented and with a high sense of customer focus
- Willing to travel and do field work.
