We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Team Leader - Telco. For candidates who reside in Leyte (Others) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Virtual Staffing Solutions OPC and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team

- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year experience as a Team Leader in the BPO Industry
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills.
- Can Manage Retention and Attrition
- Can drive and meet account specific KPI’s
- With Telco experience of at least 1yr
