We are hiring for the position of Field Sales Specialist - Cebu with full time working hours for our company office, IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc., for residents of Cebu (Cebu City), Cebu (Others), Leyte (Others), & Western Samar and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

This position is responsible for providing awareness, distribution and continuous medical education of medical equipment and consumable products to all stakeholders of IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives of sales target.
- Ensure customer positive experience.
- Develop new account relationships in the assigned territory to enhance customer penetration.
- Proactively identify opportunities/new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
- Work closely with Product and Clinical application specialist to organize product demo and facilitate customer training.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology or equivalent
- With at least three (3) years of experience in sales, preferably in medical industry but not required
- Highly independent and motivated with the commitment to reach sales target.
- Knowledgeable in government biddings
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Amenable to travel around our priority areas of assignment
- Adept in MS Office applications ie. Excel, Word
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Areas of coverage: Central & Eastern Visayas
