Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- At least One (1) year experience in the same industry/position or equivalent.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing all MTO requests. Ensures all requests are documented, reviewed, and processed according to agreed MTO policy.
- Responsible for monitoring progress of all MTO products from ordering to delivery of the goods to the customer.
- Receives sales order request from Customer Order Relationship Management and review MTO request to ensure viability of order.
- Provides feedback and reason of returned or unaccepted MTO requests.
- Communicates special transactions e.g., urgent requests for which delivery dates are condensed compared to standard processing time.
- Determines the On-Time delivery compliance for every item.
- Identify recurring orders in a month and trace sales transaction history to establish and propose maintaining inventory.
- Ensures all documents related to MTO processing are accurate, timely filed, and complete for reference and in accordance with the quality management systems and procedures.
