We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and other engagements of the Executives
- Handles and assist the day-to-day needs of the Executives
- Handles some administrative works
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- With 1-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in handling general administrative tasks and data management
- Attention to details
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
