JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- With at least 3 years related experience in Cost Accounting, Financial Management, and Inventory Management
- With at least 3 years experience leading teams/people-handling experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and enforces the compliance of direct reports to company policies and procedures.
- Reviews and approves accounts payable voucher transactions, Accounts Receivable-Non Trade to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.
- Reviews and approves Withholding Tax Form to confirm all taxes withheld are remitted accordingly and that correct sales tax code was used in compliance tax laws.
- Reviews, modifies and approves accounting entries and main accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles prior to system posting.
- Analyzes statutory deductions and employee deductions to ensure match in system made by the SBU accountants for payroll versus the request for payment made by the HR personnel.
- Cascades and facilitates the closure of all modules in the AX system to ensure accuracy and timeliness the generation of financial data.
- Generates and analyzes Financial Statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data input in the system then makes recommendations for necessary actions.
- Ensures that all accounting & finance related documents are accurate, timely filed and complete for reference and in accordance to the quality management systems and procedures.
