The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Summary:

To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. Working with teams across the company, but particularly HR, Community Relations and Internal and External Communications to support programs of continuous organizational performance improvement in consonance with the vision, mission and values of Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC).

Main Responsibilities:

Organizational Development

  1. To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the PMC’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
  2. To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the PMC’s goal to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning and continuous improvement are embedded in the organizational culture.
  3. To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
  4.  To commission and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required in order to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed OD initiatives.
  5. To design and facilitate internal trainings as required.
  6. To work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement and the integration of the company’s values into the organizational infrastructure.

Learning & Development

  1. To develop PMC’s approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
  2. To work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff; to commission and evaluate agreed internally-delivered interventions.
  3. To develop coaching, mentoring, immersion and job rotation schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
  4. To lead on the development of a staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talents of the organization.

Other Functions:

  1. To oversee the annual Performance Management System (PMS) process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in (PMS) documentation.
  2. o contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  3. Work closely with Community Relations in maximizing Family Welfare Program & Scholarship Programs for Hard-to-Fill positions
  4. Conduct of employee engagement activities and programs (Family Welfare Program, Occupational Safety and Health, etc.) within the fiscal year in collaboration with internal and external interested parties
