The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱20,000 to a maximum of ₱23,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

BASIC FUNCTION:
- In-charge of all matters related to Tax and Audit compliance, SAP Systems implementation and maintenance, assist in assessing records & recommend improvement for efficiency to ensure accuracy and reliability of Financial Reporting preparation of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Tax Compliance Documentation and Review
-BIR
-BOC
-Local Government
-Suggest and study guidelines and procedures that help business operations and beneficial to organization in terms of tax regulations.
2. Audit Compliance, Documentation and Review
3. Completeness of Monthly & Annual Financial Statement Reports and audit schedules.
4. Assist in assessing internal control process by regularly communicating updates o rules and regulations for tax and audit new circulars and memorandum issuances.
5. Review the accuracy of various BIR remittances.
6. Implementation and Monitoring of SAP System
– Provide immediate assistance to all users of SAP
– Coordinate issues and concerns to ICT Department and system provider
– Facilitate necessary trainings to users.
7. Checking of Accounts Payable Vouchers
8. Process requirements for annual Government & Business permit in terms of Tax and other Accounting related documents.
9. Assist in budget preparations/reports and forecast revenues
Other related Accounting task which needs to be prioritized.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management or any related course
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Remarkable experience in all facets of accounting with experience in a corporate environment with handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll including Treasury, Credit & Collection, Purchasing and Administrative functions.
- Formulation and enhancement of related accounting policies control measures
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:
- In-depth knowledge in all facets of Accounting and Taxation
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards
- Skilled in using database and accounting software including but not limited to SAP and other ERP System
- Strong analytical skills (Reporting skill)
- Ability to lead, train, mentor and coach subordinate for professional growth
- Good verbal and written communication skills
