Job Description/Functions:

1.    Assists the Administrative Assistant V in the record/filing systems of the Office of the Administrator, both electronic and physical records;

2.    Encodes Approval Sheets for pension and non-pension benefits approved by the Administrator in the IVDMS 2.0;

3.    Maintains the physical and electronic record filing system of the Office of the Administrator;

4.    Prepares requests, controls, and conducts inventory of the common-use office supplies of the Office of the Administrator;

5.    Prepares the consolidated data of the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Accomplishment Report of the Office of the Administrator-Administrative Section;

6.    Prepares inter-office memoranda and routine correspondence to queries received from veterans/PVAO clients;

7.    Responds to telephone queries and/or PVAO concerns, Facebook queries, and assists walk-in claimants regarding PVAO claims and concerns; and

8.    Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
