To candidates with Not Specified which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, we Intogreat Solutions, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as customer service representative (csr) - dispatcher and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Quezon City and surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Work Setup: Onsite work setup and Shifting Schedule

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Must have at least 2 years BPO experience
  • Must have experience in Ride-hailing, Dispatch, Travel, Hotel Reservations or Escalations LOB
  • Must have experience chat and email experience
  • Must have exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As Customer Concierge you are an ambassador representing the Company and its core service proposition.
  • Your first priority is to provide exceptional service by embodying the core values of the company in all your interactions with our guests and chauffeurs worldwide. You are the voice and face of the Company.
  • You will work to resolve a wide variety of queries for guests and chauffeurs, utilizing a broad understanding of our policies and procedures to do so.
  • You will use our key communication tools of phone, email and livechat to resolve queries, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone within these communications.
  • You will utilise relationship and trust building skills to deescalate difficult situations, looking for the best outcome possible for our customers.
  • You will remain cognisant of service levels, ensuring that we manage incoming queries as quickly as possible.
  • You will work on other proactive tasks to ensure that the Company service offering is as smooth as possible.
  • You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service offering by looking for proactive ways to help customers.
  • You will work in a team environment working cohesively within your team as well as individually on side projects.
  • You will promote and encourage an open feedback culture within the Company.
  • You will contribute to the overall development of The Company’s product by providing timely and accurate data about customer contact.
  • A focus on quality is paramount and you will continually be looking at ways to improve your own skills in this area.
