We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱40,000 - ₱56,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description

◊ Oversee the work of Senior Accountant Review bank reconciliation – weekly and monthly Review bank coding – weekly and monthly Review month end closing entries Review payroll entries

◊ Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts every month Reconcile each balance sheet account from Asset, Liability to Equity Reconcile intercompany accounts Reconcile balance clearing accounts Ensure inventory count approved every month

◊ Review weekly reports Review Sales and Labor Report prepared by Senior Accountant Maintain and export PIQ invoices twice a week Address needs attention and issues in PIQ

◊ Support month-end and year-end close process Complete tasks in month-end closing checklist Prepare monthly FS Packet

◊ Assist Controller in different projects as they arise

Work Experience

◊ 5 – 10 years experience related to position

◊ Experience in public account and retaurant industry is preferred

◊ Has experience working in multiple locations company

◊ Has solid financial statement skills and clear understanding of GAAP

◊ Strong excel and ERP skills

◊ Highly independent but team player

◊ With strong communication skills and fluency in English

◊ Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with US working hours (5am to 2pm)
