We are hiring for the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (TUGUEGARAO CITY CAGAYAN ) with full time working hours for our company office, RRFMG ASIA PACIFIC OPC, for residents of Cagayan (Tuguegarao City) and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱17,000 - ₱23,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT

RRFMG continues to expand its business in the Philippines and has an office based in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan known as RRFMG Asia Pacific. In line with that, it is currently looking for competent employees to fill the positions and help achieve the company’s objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Perform basic accounting functions

·        Book Invoices from Suppliers using the AP system

·        Maintain the Invoice list of clients for approval

·        Export Invoices from the AP system

·        Analyze and maintain Accounts Payable Aging Report

·        Reconcile Vendor Statements

·        Process Client Employees’ Payroll using various third party payroll system

·        Generate Payroll Reports and Reconciliations

·        Support month-end and year-end close process

·        Perform other accounting duties and support lower level accountants as required or assigned

·        Provide input into department’s goal setting process

·        Complete special projects as necessary

·        Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day

Job Qualifications:

·        Graduate of BS in Accountancy or other Accounting related courses (CPA License not required)

·        With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience related to the position

·        Preferably with payroll processing experience

·        With a strong MS Office and ERP skills, especially Excel

·        Typing speed of no less than 40wpm

·        Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours – from 5am to 2pm

·        Highly independent but a team player

·        Can work with minimal supervision

·        With strong communication skills and fluency in English – verbally and in writing
