We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Online Marketing | Sales Advisor | Sales Associates in our company, Titanium7P Advisors Recruitment Agency. For candidates who reside in Benguet (Baguio City), Cagayan (Tuguegarao City), Cebu (Cebu City) & Davao del Sur (Davao City) and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a part time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Digital Marketing and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱20,000 - ₱30,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description

Train and apply learned techniques to handle client concerns and provide exceptional service.
Support and actively participate in the team’s initiatives to foster growth in the industry.
Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to execute tasks in accordance with company-prescribed practices.
Set personal targets and collaborate with the team to achieve objectives aligned with company standards.
Attend various activities at the unit, sales team, branch, cluster, territory, company, and industry levels.
Monitor daily activities and performance metrics.
Identify alternative courses of action for self and branch manager to ensure work efficiency.
Effectively communicate information and ideas to individuals or groups using various media channels.

Bachelor’s degree graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Demonstrates commitment and motivation.
Willingness to learn and be coached.
Must have access to a laptop/tablet and a stable internet connection.
