Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable). If you are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱15,000 - ₱18,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Cebu Primera Food Industries Inc., operator of the Mang Tinapay brand, is a fast-growing chain of bakeshops & snackshops that started in Cebu and has now brand presence & stores across the Philippines–in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
Position Objective:
To properly record business transactions and other office tasks as assigned and act as custodian for Petty Cash Funds in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
Major Tasks:
- Timely payment of accounts to supplier or branch transactions if any;
- Monthly reconciliation with suppliers through regular request of Statement of Accounts;
- Assists in consolidation of Supplier Monitoring Reports
- Timely preparation of monthly SOA of transactions
- Receives all invoices, delivery receipts, and other request for payment etc. & checks validity of the documents;
- Records invoices, delivery receipts, check/ cash deposits & other documents in the Quickbooks;
- Prepares & submits cheques for approval and releasing approved checks to suppliers
- Prepares and replenishes petty cash funds;
- Files chronologically & safekeeps pertinent documents / reports (e.g. check vouchers, deposit slips, support documents, etc);
- Conducts or assists in the audit of different branches when necessary;
- Assistance to Accounting Supervisor on all clerical works;
- Performs other duties related to Finance functions which may be delegated from time-to-time
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Must be a graduate of any Accounting course or any Business Management related courses.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
- Has a high degree of the values of honesty, integrity, and credibility.
- Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office) and with knowledge in any computerized accounting system (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Possesses sense of responsibility and is keen to details
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and thoroughness in the handling of data and figures.
- Has broad understanding in business and administrative affairs.
- Has sense of initiative and can work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in quick-books application is a plus.
- Has average to above average oral & written communication skills, and can handle interactions with other members of the team
