We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Accounts Payable Manager | Home-based in our company, Unified Accounting & Tax, LLP. For candidates who reside in C.A.R, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Davao, Calabarzon & Mimaropa & Zamboanga Del Sur (Zamboanga) and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
- Develops guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.
- Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
- Verifies payments before controllers signature is added by reviewing checks and vouchers.
- Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
- Facilitates correct and timely preparation of budget reports.
- Ensures proper recordkeeping of purchases for use in tax preparation and periodic audits.
- Ensures employer identification numbers or social security numbers have been collected from all vendors for the payables clerk to prepare and submit 1099s.
- Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant is a plus
- US accounting experience is an advantage
- Extensive management experience in accounts payable is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in NetSuite, QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify and other accounting softwares
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate staff.
System requirements:
- Computer Processor: At least i3 or i5 5th generation for both primary and back up computers
- Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
- Computer OS: Windows 10
- Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 5 Mbps for back up connection)
