We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Admin Executive. For those of you who live in Cebu (Cebu City) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Smartsourcing, and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

As an Admin Executive,

You will be providing high-level clerical support to our clients. Your duties may include scheduling meetings and drafting minutes, arranging travel and accommodations, and preparing reports on wages and salaries, to name a few.

Some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…

  • Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.

  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations.

  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.

  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.

  • Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute.

  • Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.

  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.

  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.

We would need you to be or have the following…

  • Experienced with booking appointments and booking software.

  • Adept at email management, particularly with GMail.

  • Familiar with Facebook Messenger/Meta.
