Summary:
HR Admin is responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and/or work equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience handling general HR
- Knowledge in handling payroll, timekeeping, benefits administrations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Positive attitude
- Willing to work as Project Based
