• Encode and update Real Property Tax (RPT) charged to Buyer Database and RPT/Tax Declaration Monitoring.
• Update Tax Declaration Monitoring with the newly released Tax Declaration (TD) Building for Golden Mahogany Project.
• Encode New Tax Declaration Number due to Revision – Cavite Project.
• Audit all PAGIBIG-HDMF Accounts that are already taken out and input all the data to the buyers’ database.
• Assist in encoding the Real Property Tax Receipt in the database.
Minimum Qualifications
• Students pursuing a course related to Business Administration.
• Must be detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
