We are hiring for the position of Business Development Manager - (US, Property Management) with working hours for our company office, ConnectOS, for residents of Philippines and its neighboring areas.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your proficiency in ** to manage leads, track activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects, introduce Iroko Properties’ offerings, and nurture relationships.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their suitability for our property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Proficient in using ** or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to research and write US Government Grants.
