Due to significant growth within our teams, we currently have newly created opportunities for Compliance and reporting specialists to join our team. Based in the Philippines you will work in conjunction with other security measures to ensure our customers can use their accounts to their full extent. In this role you will become highly skilled in spotting non-compliant messaging and bad actors who look to send message content in a fraudulent manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Be a compliance expert – monitor and approve live message content for customer campaigns, looking for possible fraud, spam, and phishing content
• Detect and report fraudulent activity and take actions to block accounts and notify customers.
• Work with the Scam compliance Team in relation to carrier and regulatory reporting
• Lead a team of passionate individuals who are results driven
• Validate and approve new account sign ups within 15 minutes, validating their account settings are appropriate for their use case, looking to block illegitimate accounts created for the purpose of fraud or spam via bots/hackers or individual bad actors
• Stay up to date on regulatory requirements for acceptable/unacceptable message content in different countries/regions
• Share trends and learnings on new types of detected content and/or new styles of fraudulent attacks

The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

• Keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated experience with a proven track record of completing tasks according to SLA’s or in accordance with a set of quality standards
• Outstanding written and spoken English
• Proven experience working autonomously
• A can-do attitude with a passion for developing new business processes and procedures
• Established home office with high quality/high speed internet connection
