Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with client companies (employers) to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with relevant job openings.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
  • Job Posting and Marketing: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and the company’s website.
  • Create compelling job advertisements to attract potential candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information about the interview process, company, and position.
  • Candidate Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client company.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidates’ qualifications and motivations.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate communication between clients and candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and job offers. Help negotiate terms and conditions to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary ranges, and hiring practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain candidate and client databases.
  • Keep records of interactions, interviews, and placements for future reference.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree of Science in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Human Resource, Engineering
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • The ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and connect with people from various backgrounds is crucial in this role.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and clients while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Negotiating terms, salaries, and agreements between candidates and clients requires effective negotiation skill.
