Job Summary:
Oversee KPI consolidation and monitoring, data gathering and mining, database maintenance, report generation, business process review custodian, systems-related concerns, and ERP migration point person.
Key Responsibilities:
- SCM KPI Monitoring, Report Generation.
- Monitors, consolidates, and prepares KPI and other required reports for Supply Chain Services.
- Data Analytics
- Generates raw data from the system and performs required data mining and analysis as required by the SCM Services Lead.
- Database management (systems and hard files)
- Performs periodic review and clean-up of SKU, Supplier database, etc.
- Oversees the SCM Services file maintenance i.e. supplier, PO, and contract database, with an interface on Warehousing, Inventory, Asset Management, and Export Documentation service documents
- Solicits inputs from buyers to support rationalization of SKU and Vendor master list
- Ensures that proper document retention periods are followed by the department
- Procedure/Guidelines Updates
- Assists the department in documenting any process or guideline improvement or amendment
- Systems concerns and development
- Serves as the department’s representative in any systems-related development or improvement project
- Coordinates any system concerns or issues to IT department
- Others
- Works on special projects and incidental job-related tasks as required
Key Focus:
• Statistical Analysis
• Data interface with SCM Services and BU’s
• System Records Management
• Interface: SCM, Internal Clients from different BU, Management, Finance/Accounting, IT
Minimum qualifications:
- College graduate in business, statistics, management, or related field from a reputable school; Prior experience in procurement and/or use of ERP or any procurement, MRP system is an advantage; Experience in data analytics, and process development • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Prior experience in business analytics and project management; Experience in using ERP, MRP, or any automated Procurement system is an advantage; Proficient in Microsoft Application.
The work assignment will be in Madaum, Tagum City.
