This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Davao del Norte and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱40,000 - ₱45,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Manager is responsible with the effective discharge of all day-to-day operations. The incumbent must ensure compliance with the Labor Law, Healthcare Regulations and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; regularly reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance, knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resource management. He or she must be available as a resource to senior line managers to ensure that emerging issues and problems are identified in the best possible time and will not be escalated further. In addition, develop and maintaining a workforce plan for both the immediate and long-term staffing needs of the organization must also be a priority.

Industrial Relations

Ø Review with appropriate Department Heads all staffing levels, deployment, work practices and costs, and develop appropriate policies, procedures and systems in these areas.

Ø Leading negotiations with staff and staff representative groups in relation to all employee relations and personnel matters. He or she needs to make sure that the process and termination of employees are in accordance with company policy and labor laws.

Ø Work with Department Heads, staff and staff representative groups in delivering efficient and effective work practices and policies.

 Recruitment and Selection

Ø Ensure the oversight and control the organization’s staff complement and ensure that approved staffing levels are not exceeded in any department. He or she will liaise closely with the Finance function in the management of pay budgets, advising Management and Heads of Departments on staffing levels and keeping the necessary records to achieve this objective.

Ø Coordinate with the Department Heads in the regular reviewing of appropriate job descriptions and appropriate conditions of employment for each post.

Ø Manage the selection and recruitment of staff in accordance with best practice and relevant legislation.

Training and Development

Ø Develop and administer training/education programmes and identifying the organization’s priority training needs in consultation with the management colleagues.

Ø Develop an organization-wide training needs assessment and programme the relevant training to meet existing and future requirement. This includes the training needs of all disciplines.

HR Operations

Ø Manage in maintaining all personnel records systems including sick leave, annual leave, special leave and other appropriate records.

Ø Ensure the effectiveness of HR systems, policies and procedures and deliver improvements on an ongoing basis.

Ø Keep abreast of current developments and practices in health care administration and be aware of changes in relevant legislation.

Ø Ensure that all staff conditions of employment highlight the need to comply with safety regulations.

Ø Undertaking such other duties as may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the CEO.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, and all stakeholders.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  8. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and healthcare regulations.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  10. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
  11. MUST BE FROM TAGUM CITY OR WILLING TO RELOCATE

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field required.
  2. A minimum of five (5) years of human resource and administrative management experience

Physical Requirements:

  1. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  2. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
