JOB SUMMARY:
BOD Administrative Assistant is responsible for the accomplishment of the assigned Secretarial and Clerical functions and of the following key result areas under the Office of the BOD – Secretarial and Clerical Functions, Internal/External Customer Relations Management, Submission of Management Reports to the BOD Deputy Secretary, and Records / Documents / Data Base Management
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s College degree
- At least 2-year related experience in secretarial and clerical functions
- Knowledgeable in Administrative and Office Management
- Knowledge and skills in Writing Business Letters and Correspondence
