Job Role: Company Nurse
Job Summary:
The candidate for this position shall provide support to the company and its employees in promoting health strategies and identifying potential safety hazards in the work environment. He/ She shall serve as the Company’s compliance officer in all matters relevant to OSH Standards while performing administrative, HR, and Nurse duties for the employees. The candidate for this position shall render assistance in the following areas:
· Health and Safety Programs and Services (in compliance with DOLE / Labor requirements)
· Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training, and Development
· Administrative services pertaining to mandatory government requirements, government medical-related claims, supplies procurement, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will perform administrative and HR-related tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or any related professional experience
- With Basic Life Support Training and First Aid Training Certification
- Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health and Emergency Response
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent level of integrity
- Target – oriented and can work autonomously.
- Ability to multi-task and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications·
- Superior relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and has a proactive approach.
- Detail – oriented and problem solver
