We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Company Nurse. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB SUMMARY

The Company Nurse is responsible in providing basic healthcare services to company employees, casino patrons and hotel guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to any customer/guest concerns pertaining to health and emergency response issues with utmost respect and confidentiality
  • Perform registered professional nursing services within the context of the current standards of nursing practice
  • Receive patients for outpatient consultation to include but not limited to the following:
  1. Obtain pertinent patient information and record the corresponding data on the chart
  2. Assist the physician in the conduct of physical examination and/or procedure
  3. Refer the patient to the hospital/clinic for further medical evaluation and management upon the instruction of the physician
  4. Encode data after consultation for record purposes
  • Dispense and/or administer medication to patients as instructed by the physician and under his/her supervision
  • Perform various procedures such as wound dressing, minor surgical procedure, ECG, random blood sugar taking, etc. as directed by the physician
  • Respond to emergency cases within the workplace and prepare appropriate incident report
  • .At times may collect payment for clinic services, issue receipt and turn over to the appropriate unit for employee collection
  • Handle the requisition, safekeeping and maintenance of inventory of medicines, supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on matters related to pre-employment medical clearances of candidates
  • Facilitate the preventive health examination of employees through Annual Medical Examination (AME) and Executive Check-UP (ECU) by carrying out, but not limited to the following:
  1. Prepare list of employees due for periodic health examination 
  2. Assist in conducting AME
  3. Book Executive Check Up according to employees’ preferred date and hospital in coordination with Employee Welfare Services Unit
  • Facilitate preparation of Letter of Authorization (LOA) and its eventual release as authorized
  • Maintain an updated database of the following:
  1. Outpatient consults including Sick Leave and Fit-to-Work clearance 
  2. Rendered emergency medical services
  3. Consumption inventory of supplies and materials
  4. Pre-employment medical evaluation/clearance
  • Provide monthly report on the following:
  1. Census on Outpatient Consultation & Emergency Medical Services
  2. Suppliers and Materials Consumption Report
  • Assist in the implementation of medical/health projects as required by the Company Physician

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • Has at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in the field of Occupational Health Nursing
  • Must be a First Aid and Basic Life Support Provider
  • Must have completed the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Course
  • Being an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner, accredited by DOLE, is an advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Applications and Google Suite
