Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Construction & Design Coordinator. For those of you who live in Pasig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice, and able to work under full time system.
As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱18,000 - ₱24,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

- Assess the service needs of the store and connect them with the correct provider/contractor
- Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
- Create and maintain a database of store and contractors contact number
- Assess store issues and/or concern and provide recommendations to fix problems
- Ensure each store is given necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Maintain good relationships with contractors and store team member
- Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
- Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in all service-related concerns
- Tracks and documents change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.
- Receives inbound requests for additional material from field and determines proper course of action with purchasing.
- Works with field service technicians to ensure all aspects of job are complete.
- Ensures accurate records of all field service calls are maintained.
- Reviews all supplier/contractor billings to ensure accuracy.
- Tracks and maintains records of warranty work.
