Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Responsibilities:
- Monitors the status of cement withdrawal and cement delivery and gives updates to customers on the status of their orders
- Conducts proof of delivery (POD) verification/authentication to ensure that products are received by their rightful consignees
- Reviews the performance of third-party contractors/suppliers, verifies and authenticates the completeness of their billing documents, and ensures that they get paid on time
- Ensures that the needs of the customers and Logistics third-party contractors in relation to the order fulfillment process are properly taken care of
- Attends to customer complaints and queries and the delivery resolution and delivery receipt (DR) replacement
- Creates and monitors the inventory, freight cost upload, shipment cost; clerical, filing, and scanning works
Requirements:
- Must be a college graduate, preferably with a degree in Engineering or any Business-related course
- Preferably with a minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service or after-sales service
- Exposure to transportation and port/cargo handling, customer and personal service, safety and security, information gathering, sales and marketing, and administration and management
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and SAP applications is a plus
- Driver’s license (non-professional)
