We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Maintain database of client’s fleet management of offshore vessels, supplier/vendor information and engagements, project design, implementation, and post construction documents, etc.
  • Timely, accurate preparation and transmittal of incoming and outgoing project documentation to specified recipients as and when requested
  • Review of documentation prior to issue re document numbering, revision control and basic formatting compliance
  • Clear, accurate and timely maintenance of the document control files and logs for the associated project for all incoming and outgoing transmittals
  • Timely confirmation of receipt on all outgoing transmittals within the specified timeframes
  • Ensuring accuracy of documentation and information received via incoming transmittals. Anomalies must be recorded and reported
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Quality Control and Document Management systems as and when required
  • Assistance with Document formatting as and when required
  • Handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Proper tagging of documents

The successful candidate should have/be:

  • Qualification in Business administration or similar is desirable.
  • Experience working with Australian clients or on other global projects
  • Knowledgeable in Proact Norwegian system and SharePoint is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with document control and document management systems
  • Previous experience processing document transmittals
  • PC Proficient with and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with a variety of file types
  • Familiarity with different project files, technical documentation, design drawings and specifications, revisions and drawing descriptions/titles.
  • Exposure to offshore projects and services primarily related to oil and gas.
  • Good prioritization skills, time management, scheduling, goal setting, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and stress management
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills

Must be willing to work onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City
