The Role

We are looking for highly motivated full-time Education Counsellors in Metro Manila and Cebu Philippines.

Key responsibilities:

·      Provide counselling for Australian course and visa services to potential clients through a combination of online and face-to-face sales activities;

·      Assist client with preparation of Australia course application;

·      Assist clients with the process of Australian Student Visa applications and documentation preparation for the visa

·      Getting new clients and build close relationships with potential clients;

·      Implement and coordinate social media strategies and campaigns;

·      General office administrative duties;

·     Actively participate in marketing event and campus activities to promote business.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Preferable 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role, fresh graduates are also welcomed;
• High level of effective communication and excellent organizational skills;
• Knowledge of and experience in implementing and coordinating social media strategies and campaigns;
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both business like written and verbal;
• Minimum qualifications (Associate Degree or Bachelors in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent).

Required Trainings will be provided. You will be required to report to the Australia office coordinator on a weekly basis. Please note fluency in English and Tagalog/Filipino is essential.
