Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Recruitment:
- Coordinates and manages the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and endorsement to line interviewers.
- Manages recruitment database and ensures accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants and candidates.
- Assists in the preparation of offer letters and contract management.
- Assists in preparing logistical requirements for new joiners and onboarding process such as scheduling orientation sessions, maintaining and monitoring employees’ new hire requirements and records, requesting for new hires’ kit, ID creation, biometrics registration, and/or other administrative support as needed.
- Assists in updating the Recruitment Dashboard
Employee Experience:
- Assists in the roll-out of engagement surveys from design to deployment, along with tracking of action plans.
- Supports employer branding through culture and engagement stories and documentation.
- Create collaterals for the company’s activities and events.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology,, or any related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, employee benefits administration, and/or employee engagement activities.
Technical Skills:
- A proven track record in talent supply and demand management is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of the HR function including mandatory benefits
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
- Open and broad-minded
- Organized and a good planner
- Ability to multitask
- Very flexible and adaptable
