Job Description:
● Handles payments transactions, including cash transactions and reconciliations
● Ensures money received is complete and accurate
● Reconciles end of day reports
● Summarizes remittances and prepares bank slips consolidation
● Will be assigned to do other processes such as hub attendance monitoring, claims validation, billing validation, supplies custodian, etc.,
● Other tasks related to the operations of the Hub
● Report to the assigned Hub
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree Holder
● At least 1 year experience in payments processing or similar function
● Experienced in hub, warehouse or any store operations preferred
● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
● Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
● Flexible; can accommodate shifting schedule or on call shifts
● Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
