We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in the implementation and administration of the Occupational and Safety Practices related to health, risks, accidents, injuries, hazards, and other safety conditions in the mine site
- Acts as the First aid Officer in the mine site. Must know first-aid treatments and able to administer medical relief to employees as needed
- Records patient’s medical information and vital signs. Maintains all employees medical and other similar records
- Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home, back to work or refers/transport ill employees to the nearest hospital as necessary. Coordinate with affiliated hospital for further management
- Assess employee’s health examination results and refer to company accredited physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow though until illness is cleared
- Drafts and recommends and implements clinic guidel;ines, policies and procedures
- Conducts and maintains regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies
- Handles requisition or dispensing of all clinic medicines and medical supplier
- Plan and implement programs with Health and Safety Committee designed to improve the overall health of all employees
- Creates health and safety awareness among employees
- Coordinate with government and non-government agencies regarding health and safety such as DOH, DOLE, Red Cross, Fire Department, IATF, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse
- Must be flexible, resourceful, diligent an d good communication skill
- Well versed in documentation
- Ability to keep confidential information
- Possess a sense of urgency and responsibility
- Willing to be assigned in Davao Oriental mine site
